Joining course or bootcamp is the better way beginners should take for they can foccus more in learning, somehow not all can do because of economic problems.

Maybe not all beginners do, but most does, especially to me who is a self-learner. It is simple to do: just need to have the tutorial videos then learn them ourselves.

I'm not sure what to tell about stackoverflow for I myself never swim or dive in it, yet it's famous enough in programming world.

It would be impossible for programmers not to know this site. I can say that's the top website of coding learning for it is almost fullfil al the subjects of programming languages.
Chat GPT
Lately, there has just been a new open AI called Chat GPT. I'm not sure to recommend you to learn coding in it; unfortunately it can service us like human being generally. Maybe you can get a try.
Youtube
There are many youtube channels that will give us the subject of programming, without talking too much I suggest you to tske this way for it is just so simple.
